Daburn's dual wall polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing is designed to provide a tight moisture proof encapsulating seal. When 110°C is applied, the inner wall melts and flows, as the outer wall shrinks; forcing the melting wall to fill voids and interstice and to encapsulate what is covered. Shrinks 3:1. Operating temperature: -67°F to +230°F. Standard color is black.

SH321 Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin Tubing recovers to 33% of its supplied size when fully recovered. It will shrink, with the application of only 90°C; it is rated for continuous operation from -55°C to +135°C and will withstand up to 200°C for short durations. SH321 is flexible, flame retardant heat shrinkable tubing which has a 3:1 expanded-to-recovered ratio, with a +5% to -15% longitudinal change. Stock color is black.

DAFLEX SM278 is a flexible, large ratio, heat shrinkable tubing with a meltable adhesive liner. When 120°C is applied, the tubing will shrink to 25% of its supplied size (4:1). Longitudinal shrinkage is 10% maximum. As the outer wall shrinks, the inner adhesive liner melts and flows. When cooled, it offers protection for a variety of electrical applications as well as "sealed-in" protection from chemicals and oils. Because of its large shrink ratio and adhesive liner it offers excellent protection for cable repairs and retrofitting. Operating Temperature: -55°C to +135°C. Meets or exceeds MIL-I-23053/4 Class 3. UL VW-1, CSA OFT (outer wall only). Standard Color: Black.

Tubing recovers to approximately 25% of its expanded size when heated to the gel point (621°F). Thus it is now possible to use shrinkable Teflon tubing, with its excellent chemical and physical properties, over objects which require more than the standard 2:1 shrinkdown ratio. Operating temperature: -85°F to + 500°F. Stock color is natural.

This tubing meets or exceeds MIL-R-46846 Type 1, Class 1 & MIL-I-23053/1 Class 1 & 2. It shrinks down 50% of its supplied inside diameter, upon exposure to heat of 150°C - will remain elastomeric - with no cracks. Longitudinal shrinkage 10% upon complete shrinkage. Operating temperature: -94°F to + 248°F. Standard color is black. Shrink ratio: 2:1

Made of modified extruded Teflon® FEP, the SH400 series will shrink over inserted objects upon exposure to moderate heat. Heretofore, many joints, parts, components, and devices could not be protected because of high temperature required for shrinkage. Operating temperature: -275°F to + 400°F. Shrinks at 300°F. Shrink ratio: 1.3:1. Standard Color: Natural.

DAFLEX ST250 cold shrinking Stretch-N-Seal™ tape requires no heat to provide a secure covering where the size and or shape of an object does not permit the use of shrinkable tubing. It seals against liquids, gases and mosst chemicals; insulates and water proofs. Provides over 1 KV per mil. It seals to itself. Color Black. Simply remove 2" to 3" of tape from the roll, stretch it to 3 times its supplied width and wrap it spirally around the object, with a 50% overlap.
